ANNOUNCEMENT


William D. Peters

On Sunday, January 17th at 3:00 p.m. there will be an organ recital at Christ Episcopal Church to dedicate the Allen organ recently acquired by the church. The organ will be dedicated as a memorial to Janet Hale Betts.

The recital will be played by William D. Peters who has advanced degrees in organ performance and extensive experience in playing recitals on such great organs as those found in St. Thomas` Church and St. Patrick`s Cathedral in New York City, Trinity Cathedral, in Hartford, Connecticut, St. John`s Cathedral in Jacksonville and many other venues throughhout the Northeast and within the state of Florida.

His performance will include literature from composers such as Bach, Haydn, Buxtehude, and others.

The public is cordially invited to attend this recital and the reception which will follow.
