SUNSTATE RECOGNIZES TEACHERS

SUNSTATE RECOGNIZES TEACHERS

ANNOUNCEMENT

SunState Federal Credit Union, has set out to recognize and reward good teachers in every county they serve. SunState is running a contest on their Facebook page, Facebook.com/SunStateFCU, encouraging people to nominate their favorite teacher to win $250 and 2 night stay at Beacher`s lodge in St. Augustine. There will be one winning teacher from each of the counties SunState serves as a community credit union: Alachua, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, and Levy.

"Teachers mean so much to our community, we just thought they deserved some recognition." said Brett Wachtstetter, Online Marketing Representative for SunState Federal Credit Union. "We are giving $250 to the person who nominates the winning teacher from each county and $100 to one random voter, because we want to encourage more people to show support for the great teachers taking care of our kids."

The contest is open to current teachers at schools in Alachua, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist and Levy counties. The contest ends on October 31, 2011
