Kitchen Witch! Learn How to use your Culinary (cooking) Herbs and Spices as Medicine

Nysie Watson

Join Nysie Watson, the Cedar Key Herbalist, for a few hours of informative discussion on how common household herbs can double as cure alls for that midnight stomach upset, sore throat, cough and more.

Are the herbs in your kitchen still viable? Colors, smell, taste. Do you use olive oil and vinegars for cooking?

Come to Kona Joe`s from 4:00 to 6:00 for a fun and informative afternoon. Herbal teas will be served. Bring a pen and paper to take notes, copy recipes and names of herbal books and authors. Contact info will be given out where you too can get the freshest herbs available at half the prices of grocery stores. Experience an eye opening adventure.

Pre-pay at Kona Joe`s: $15.00 per-person; at door $20.00.
