Fraternal Order of Eagles, Cedar Key Aerie 4194-People Helping People.

Cedar Key Eagles are living up to the motto, People Helping People. The Cedar Key Food Pantry was the well deserved recipient of Eagle generosity in January, with the Eagles donating peanut butter.

When told of the shortage of peanut butter at the Pantry, individual Eagles donated $135, enabling many jars of peanut butter to be purchased, and the Aerie complimented the purchase by donating an additional $100, bringing the total to $235 for peanut butter.

One Eagle was quoted as saying, "No child should go without peanut butter!". While we can`t guarantee that, we can try to make the quintessential after school snack available for as many as possible.
