Spring Cleaning

Spring Cleaning

Rita Baker

It`s that wonderful time of year when almost every living thing begins shedding drab winter cloaks welcoming the warmth and dazzling colors of spring and summer. Indigenous fowl and water life return to our lovely Island bringing with them, color, entertainment and vibrancy of a `new` season. Synonymous with spring, those among us who are ambitious bring out the dusty mops, cleaners, ladders and paint brushes to give our surroundings a `face lift.`

Such was the case with City employees William Lepage and Norm Hodge captured here sprucing up the City Park Pavilion. So with gratitude, we thank them for a job well done.
