Workforce Connection`s staff-supported Mobile Resource Unit will be available throughout June at the following locations: · Monday June 4, 11, 18 and 25 (every Monday of each month) from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bronson Library, 600 Gilbert St., in Bronson · Tuesday, June 5, 12, 19 and 26 (every Tuesday of each month) from 12:30-4 p.m. at the Williston Library, 10 S.E. First St., in Williston · Wednesday, June 6 (first Wednesday of each month) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Annie Johnson Senior and Family Services Center, 1991 W. Test Court, in Dunnellon · Wednesday, June 13 (second Wednesday of each month) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Inglis town Hall, 135 Hwy 40 West, in Inglis · Wednesday, June 20 (third Wednesday of each month) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cedar Key Library, 460 Second St., in Cedar Key The mobile unit is designed to make it easier for job seekers to access services without having to travel to a resource center in Chiefland, Inverness or Ocala. All Workforce Connection services, regardless of location, are provided at no charge. The unit is equipped with satellite Internet, computer workstations and office equipment to help job seekers register with the Employ Florida Marketplace, conduct job searches, work on their resumes, fill out online employment applications, research career information and resources, get information about upcoming hiring events and apply for Unemployment Compensation benefits and file claims.
