February Nature Walks

February Nature Walks

Friends of the Lower Suwannee and Cedar Keys National Wildlife Refuges

On Tuesday February 19, the Friends of the Lower Suwannee & Cedar Keys NWRs will sponsor two nature walks. They will be led by Donna Thalacker.


The first walk will be at 8:00 AM. Meet at the entrance to Cabin Road. To get to Cabin Road, take Route 347 to the south entrance of the Nature Drive. Cabin Road is on the left, a little over a mile along the Nature Drive.


The second walk will be at 10:00 AM on the same day. Meet at the Refuge Headquarters. To get there, take Route 347 past both the south and north entrances to the Nature Drive. The road to the Headquarters and River Trail will be on the left.
