Art lovers of all ages gathered at the Cedar Key Arts Center Saturday night for the opening and artist's reception of the multi-artist exhibit by the Nature Coast Artists. The paintings on display offer the opportunity to observe the skills of a group of very talented artists.

The exhibit includes works by:

Jean Morey, Virginia Chen, Kathy Pediera, Barbara Keer, Virginia Neal, Roberta Hunter, Carole Byran, Rosemary Zweigbaum, Nancy Moskovitz, Marilyn "Mickey" Scott, Laura "Corky" Duink, Curt Bond, Anne Welch, Ray Jowers, Jo Ann Boyd, Jeanne Conrad, Dolores Witt and Bill Slinger.

Walking into the exhibit is like stepping into a rainbow with every color one could imagine swirled across the canvases. Mediums used include watercolor, pastel, giclee prints and acrylic. The subject matter portrayed is eclectic, and runs the gamut from nature scenes, to florals, wildlife, still life and portraiture.
