Saturday, December 7th was the opening of not one, but two phenomenal exhibits at the Cedar Key Arts Center (above the Keyhole on 2nd Street). The main salon area offered works by students from Florida State University's Master of Fine Arts Program. The second gallery area displayed the works of local artists participating in the annual "Rock the Boat" competition. The works of these talented artists demonstrate varied styles, materials and concepts of the exhibit's theme.
