Attention Artists

The Cedar Key Arts Center December Exhibition will launch the holiday
season on December 6, 2008, with an open entry "Giftable Art
Exhibition and Sale", along with an opening Holiday Party from 5 - 7
PM. Area artists are invited to enter art or fine craft items which
will sell for no more than $75 each. There is no entry fee to exhibit
works and artists may replenish their display when work sells. All
works should be delivered to the Arts Center no later than Wednesday,
December 3. The Arts Center will take a 25% commission, which includes
processing fees for credit card purchases. Artists who currently
display work in local galleries will be able to direct purchasers to
where more of their work can be seen. This notice will appear again to
remind and alert potential exhibitors.

This community event will be a wonderful opportunity for local artists
to display and sell their work and for the public to shop locally for
handmade gifts. No long check-out lines and no expensive trips to
big-box stores.
