NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


APPLICATION NUMBER: 2004-04


APPLICANT: PHILIP HAMMOND


LOCATION: 741 6TH STREET


LEGAL: LEG CEDAR KEY BLOCK 33 LOT 5 AND WEST HALF OF LOT 4 32-15-13-08691-000-00


Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on MARCH 25, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida to consider an Application for a Building Permit for a Historic Structure or Property.


Scope of Work: CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO A SINGLE F AMILY RESIDENCE WHICH LIES WITHIN THE CEDAR KEY HISTORIC DISTRICT.


All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing. Comments may be forwarded to the City of Cedar Key, PO Box 339, Cedar Key, Florida, 32625, or bring them to the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Cedar Key, Florida.


If any person decides to appeal the decision of the Historic Preservation I Architectural Review Committee with respect to any matter considered at said Public Hearing, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the Appeal is based.
