NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT
Notice of proposed Ordinance enactment on Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at 7 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, the City Commission of Cedar Key, Florida shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider FINAL adoption of an Ordinance entitled:
ORDINANCE NUMBER 375
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURB CUTS ON A PORTION OF 2ND STREET; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
