Present: Chair Paul Oliver, Members Vanessa Edmunds, Ken Daniel, Sue Colson and Heath Davis Also Present: City Attorney David Coffey and City Clerk Frances Hodges

1. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance Chair paul Oliver opened the meeting at 7:02 p.m. with a prayer said by Reverend Binkley and the Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Roll Call Ms. Frances called the roll. All present.

3. Minutes of April 27, 2004 Chair Oliver asked for a motion to dispense with the reading and the adoption of the minutes for April 27, 2004. MEMBER HEATH DAVIS SO MOVED. SECONDED BY MEMBER KEN DANIEL. MOTION PASSED.

4. CRA/LPA Update LPA Chair Greg Lang gave a brief report. At the last meeting the Charrette was in progress with 115 citizens. The consultants have submitted a preliminary report, outlining the results of the Charrette.
Copies are available at City hall. They are collecting data from many agencies like the Levy County Commission, the School Board and others. This will go on through the summer. Draft CRA and Comprehensive plans for public review will be ready in the fall or early winter. Dr. Starnes is part of the
process and he expressed appreciation for his help.


Doris Hellerman asked if they would be estimating the total number of buildable lots. The Water Board is anxious to know that information for their planning. One of the consultants, Leigh Kerr is working on that. He is comparing what the total will be based on the current regulations and compare it with proposed changes. He realizes density is a strong concern for the community. He will meet with the Water Board later this week to gather more data.

5. Adjournment MOTION MADE BY KEN DANIEL TO ADJOURN AS THE CRA. SECONDED BY MEMBER HEATH DAVIS. MOTION PASSED. The meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
