NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT

Notice of proposed ordinance enactment that was scheduled for Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at 7 p.m. has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at 7 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 2nd Street, Cedar Key, Florida.

ORDINANCE NUMBER 376

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.01.00,
ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 2, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY,
DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO DEPARTMENT
ADMINISTRATORS, DIRECTORS, AND CHIEFS,
TO RETAIN AND TERMINATE EMPLOYEES;
ADDING SECTION 1.06.00 ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER
2, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY, PROVIDING FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENTS;
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
