Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be conducted by the Cedar Key Architectural/Historical Committee on October 7, 2004, at 3 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida to hear and act upon a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness in accordance with the requirements of Article III, Chapter 4, Laws of Cedar Key.
Petitioners are requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for changes to the exterior: new windows, reroofing, replacing asbestos shingles with Hardie Board planking, adding a rear dormer, expanding the size of the front dormer and elevating the house.
All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing. Comments may be forwarded to the City of Cedar Key, PO Box 339, Cedar Key, Florida 32625, or bring them to the office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Cedar Key, Florida.
