Legal: Cedar Key Shores Unit 6-A Lot 11 or Book 895 Page 223 Notice is hereby given that a Quasi-Judicial hearing will be conducted by the City Commission, meeting as the Local Planning Agency, on January 4, 2005 at 7:00 P.M., in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, to hear and act upon a request for a minor replat in accordance with the requirements of Section 12.03.01 Standards and Restrictions, Chapter 12 Procedure for Obtaining a Minor Replat, Laws of Cedar Key.
The request is to: CREATE A LOT OF RECORD FROM A LARGER PARCEL.
All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing. Comments may be forwarded to the City of Cedar Key, P.O.Box 339, Cedar Key, Florida 32625, or bring them to the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Cedar Key, Florida.
If any person decides to appeal the decision of the Commission acting as the Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at said Public Hearing, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the Appeal is to be based.
