Proposed Ordinance Enactment Number 382 | Proposed Ordinance Enactment Number 382City Documents NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT Notice of proposed ordinance enactment on Tuesday, May 17, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, the City Commission of Cedar Key shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider FIRST reading of an ordinance entitled: . ORDINANCE NUMBER 382 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA, IMPOSING A LIMITED MORATORIUM FOR SIX MONTHS ON: AMENDMENTS TO FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATIONS; MINOR REPLATS; CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR BUILDING DEMOLITION OR RELOCATION; DEVELOPMENT OF ATTACHED RESIDENTIAL UNITS; BULKHEAD OR SEAWALL PERMITS; VARIANCES; DEVELOPMENT OF A SINGLE STRUCTURE ON MORE THAN TWO COMBINED LOTS; AND HOTEL/MOTEL USE WITHIN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL AREAS AS A CONDITIONAL USE; AND, DEMOLITION PERMITS FOR BUILDINGS OLDER THAN 50 YEARS, LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS; PROVIDING AN EXCEPTION TO THE ORDINANCE FOR PROJECTS QUALIFYING FOR HISTORIC REHABILITATION TAX CREDIT PURSUANT TO SECTION 47 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE; PROVIDING A PROCEDURE FOR EXTRAORDINARY HARDSHIP; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 19, 2005. If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. 4/27/2005 |
