NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


APPLICATION NUMBER: 2005-15
APPLICANT: Cedar Key Hotel Holdings LLC
LOCATION: 7010 B Street

Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at 7 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida to consider an Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness

Scope of Work: Moving an historically significant structure to another location within the Historic district, with a meeting room addition on the rear of the structure.

All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing. Comments may be forwarded to the City of Cedar Key, PO Box 339, Cedar Key, Florida 32625, or bring them to the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Cedar Key, Florida.

If any person decides to appeal the decision of the Historic Preservation Architectural Review Committee with respect to any matter considered at said Public Hearing, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the Appeal is based.
