Petition No. 2005-17 Applicant: Cedar Key Properties LLC Location:Gulf Boulevard North of Nelson's Cove Legal: 30 15 13 00413 000 00 Notice is hereby given that a Quasi-Judicial Hearing will be conducted by the City Commission, on October 18, 2005 at 7:00 P.M., in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, to hear and act upon a request for A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW. The request is for: A REVIEW OF A PLAN TO CREATE A 3 LOT SUBDIVISION FROM AN EXISTING PARCEL OF LAND ALONG GULF BOULEVARD. All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing. Comments may be forwarded to the City of Cedar Key, P.O.Box 339, Cedar Key, Florida 32625, or bring them to the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Cedar Key, Florida. If any person decides to appeal the decision of the Commission with respect to any matter considered at said Public Hearing, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the Appeal is to be based.
