NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT


Notice of proposed enactment on Tuesday, June 6, 2006, at 7 p.m., in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, the City Commission of Cedar Key shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider SECOND and FINAL reading of an ordinance entitled:

ORDINANCE NUMBER 401

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY,
FLORIDA; AMENDING SECTION 12.03.02,
CHAPTER 4, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY
REQUIRING APPLICANTS FOR MINOR REPLATS
TO RECORD A BOUNDARY SURVEY OF APPROVED
MINOR REPLATS IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS
OF LEVY COUNTY; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.


If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence
upon which the appeal is to be based.
