NOTICE OF A SMALL SCALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT Notice of a small scale comprehensive plan amendment to be decided in a special meeting on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at 6 p.m. in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, is hereby given. The Local Planning Agency of Cedar Key shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING, to consider a small scale comprehensive plan amendment entitled: ORDINANCE NO. 423 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, LAND USE ELEMENT, CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PORTION OF A 1/3 ACRE LOT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE WEST END OF ANNA STREET THAT IS LANDWARD OF THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE FROM CONSERVATION TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Any person wishing to inspect Ordinance No. 423 may do so at City Hall, 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida during normal business hours. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
