NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT
Notice of proposed ordinance enactment on Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, the City Commission of Cedar Key shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider SECOND and FINAL reading of an ordinance entitled:
ORDINANCE NUMBER 422
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3.01.04, CHAPTER TWO, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY, TO PROVIDE CITY PERSONNEL WITH A LAUNCH PASS TO THE CITY MARINA AS A BENEFIT OF EMPLOYMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. 3/15/2007 |
