PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 163.346, Florida Statutes (2006), the Cedar Key City Commission, as the governing body of the City of Cedar Key, Florida, does hereby give public notice of its intention to adopt a resolution in accordance with Section 163.362, Florida Statutes (2006), amending the Cedar Key Community Redevelopment Plan.
The City Commission will consider the resolution at a public meeting to be held on May 15, 2007, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Cedar Key City Hall, 490 2nd St., Cedar Key, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed resolution.
