NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENACTMENT


Notice of proposed ordinance enactment on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, the City
Commission of Cedar Key shall hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider
SECOND and FINAL reading of an ordinance entitled:


ORDINANCE NUMBER 431


AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6.01.00 PARKING, OF THE LAWS OF CEDAR KEY; PROVIDING FOR A RESTRICTION ON PARKING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES TO DESIGNATED PARKING SPOTS; PROHIBITING PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AT NIGHT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.


If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
