CITY OF CEDAR KEY NOTICE OF QUASI -JUDICIAL HEARING PETITION FOR MINOR REPLAT Petition No. 2007-11 Applicant: John Dozier Location: Between 7th & 8th Streets, facing G Street Legal: South half of Block 39, lots 11 through 20 Notice is hereby given that a Quasi-Judicial Hearing will be conducted by the City Commission, on December 4, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida to hear and act upon a request for a minor replat in accordance with the requirements of Section 12.03.00, Chapter 4, Laws of Cedar Key. Petitioners are
requesting a replat of the above mentioned parcel. The request is to divide the lots into two equal lots, Parcel A, containing lots 11 through 15, and Parcel B, containing lots 16 through 20. All interested persons are urged to attend this Hearing. Comments may be forwarded to the City of Cedar Key, PO Box 339, Cedar Key, Florida 32625, or bring them to the office of the City Clerk at City Hall in Cedar Key, Florida. If any person decides to appeal the decision of the Commission acting as the Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at said Public Hearing, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon with the Appeal is to be based.
