Cedar Key Health Service Survey

Cedar Key Health Service Survey

Editorial

It is a long way from Cedar Key to a doctor or hospital. Likewise, it is difficult to find medical care in Cedar Key. To solve these problems it is important to know the needs and priorities of the Cedar Key community.

Each household in the local mail area (32625) will soon receive a questionnaire. The survey is sponsored by the Cedar Key Lions Club and Cedar Key News as parts of their community service programs. (Just after this editorial was posted by Cedar Key News Online we learned that the Cedar Key Eagles have joined the Lions Club and Cedar Key News in sponsoring this survey.) The WellFlorida Council will conduct the survey. The purpose of the survey is to determine the health needs, as seen by as many residents as possible. Every returned questionnaire adds to the validity of the survey, so please take the time to respond.

When you receive your survey form in the mail you may respond by mail or deliver your survey form to either the Cedar Key City Hall or the Cedar Key Library. If more than one person in your household wishes to answer the survey questions you may make a copy or request a copy at the Cedar Key Library.

Look for a BLUE survey form in your mail box the last week of January.

YOUR OPINION COUNTS.
