Letter Patent . . . The State of Florida, whereas W.H. Anderson Jr., W.C. Bryce
and A.P. Schleuwer (spelling ?) Filed in the office of the Secretary of State on
the third day of March 1913 a proposed charter of a corporation to be known as .
. . The Cedar Key Sponge and Development Company with a capital of ($10,000.00)
ten thousand dollars for the purpose of purchasing, selling and handling fish,
oysters, sponge and all other sea fish or food, to buy, sell and deal in real
estate and personal property.


In witness whereof, these presents have been attested the real seal and signed
by the Treasurer and Secretary of State of Florida.

I Tom Adams, Secretary of State of Florida do hereby certify that the following
is a true and correct copy of the certificate of Incorporation of Village of
Green Thumbs Development, Inc, changing its corporate name to Williston
Highlands, Inc. A corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state
of Florida.

Board of Pharmacy for the State of Florida . . . this is to certify that Dr.
D.G. Milton is a Registered Pharmacist in conformity with Acts of the
Legislature of the State of Florida, regulating the Practice of Pharmacy and the
sale of Poisons therein and imposing penalties for violations. In testimony
whereof witness our signature and the Seal of the Board of Palatka, Florida this
15th day of March in the year of our Lord 1916. Filed & recorded, April 16th
