Chief Bubba Castell
Cedar Key Police Department
Cedar Key, FL 32625 April 23, 2006

Dear Chief Castell:

As a professional entertainment designer, my career has taken me around the
world, literally. From Buenos Aires to Copenhagen, and every place in
between.

I`ve just returned from a week`s rest and relaxation in your town of Cedar
Key. It was my first visit to the island. (What a true pleasure!)

I can tell you without the slightest hesitation that I found your uniformed
officers the friendliest, kindest and most courteous of any police I`ve
encountered anywhere in the world.

I was always greeted with a smile and a warm gesture, wherever I went. But
most importantly, I always felt comfortable and safe.

Congratulations to you and your force who ---perhaps unbeknownst to your
local residents--- are Cedar Key`s best ambassadors.

With Kindest Regards, Peter Dalsgaard
