Flu Shots "Popular"

Jim Hoy

The Levy County Health nurses gave flu shots October 11 at their monthly visitation to the Cedar Key Health Clinic. Sixty five high risk citizens, those over sixty-five of age, were welcomed all morning, and the turnout was great.

The next scheduled visitation will be November 8, from 9 AM until Noon, at which time flu shots will again be available. Although there is no shortage of flu vaccines, the current allocation to the county is limited, so mark your calendar for the next visitation.
