Dockside Motel Changes Hands

Richard Geyer, long-time motel operator on Dock Street has sold his twelve unit motel and attached shops to a southern Florida couple, Hugh and Mikey Turbeville. The Turbevilles plan to open an art gallery in one of the shops according to Geyer.

Mr. Geyer, who has operated the Dockside Motel since 1990, will be moving to Central Point, OR following medical treatment in a Florida hospital.
