Cedar Key Man Wanted for Aggravated Stalking

Jim Hoy

A warrant for arrest has been issued for a Cedar Key man charged with aggravated stalking (a third degree felony), battery and violation of an injunction. According to State Attorney Glenn Bryan, Roger Bartell, age about 51, may soon be arrested. If convicted of all three charges, Bartell could spend up to seven years in prison. The violation of injunction charge stems from a restraining order issued prior to the events leading up to the second and third charges.
