THE CEDAR KEY WOMAN`S CLUB NEEDS YOUR HELP!
For the past several years the Cedar Key Woman`s Club has had a SUPPORT OUR TROOP PROGRAM.
Donated items of food, hygiene items, snacks, socks, reading material---and, of course greetings have been sent to our troops serving in areas in the Middle East, and elsewhere out of the USA. The club has also sent packages to Walter Reed Hospital for those returning from the war and hospitalized. We need your help! The CKWC is looking for troop contacts to send these donated items to. The club pays for the postage, with donated monies and revenue from selling $1 flag pins.
If you have a family member, or friend, or an aquaintance who is serving in the military in the far corners of the world, please provide the Cedar Key Woman`s Club with their name and address and the club will be happy to send care packages. It is our thanks to our brave committed soldiers, sailors and marines.
