Egidio Caruso of Cedar Key passed away January 12, 2004. Mr. Caruso was born April 21, 1927. He had lived in Cedar Key for the past fourteen years, having moved here from Old Tappen, NJ. Mr. Caruso was of the Catholic faith, a member of the Cedar Key Lions Club and the Friends of the Library. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Mr. Caruso is survived by his wife Joeanne, sons Robert Gaumond and James Gaumond of Wellington, FL and Furlong, PA respectively, daughters Eva Gaumond of Wellington, FL, Roberta Russell of Silver Springs, FL and Beatrice Gonzales of Greensboro, NC, a brother Joseph Caruso of Brooklyn, NY, and six grand children. A service will be held at the Cedar Key Church of Christ at 3:00 PM, Wednesday January 14. |
