Montine W. Birdsey, 79, of Alachua, FL, passed away Nov. 27, 2006 in Venice FL. Mrs. Birdsey was a retired business owner in the live bait industry.
She is preceded in death by her husband, David O. Birdsey.
Survivors include her son, Monty G. Birdsey of Englewood, FL; son, Lamar Birdsey of High Springs, FL, daughter, Cindy Birdsey of Miami, FL, and son Tim Birdsey of Port Charlotte, FL, 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday, Dec. 1, 2006 at the Cedar Key United Methodist Church at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at the Cedar Key Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 30, from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
