James D. "Jimmy" Farrell, 75, passed away at his home in Cedar Key. Born in Chapel Hill, NC he has been in the area for 10 years.
He served in the US Navy and was a police officer with the Chapel Hill, NC Police Dept for 15 years.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Farrell of Cedar Key, daughter Amy Probst of Tallahassee, step sons John Foreman and Andy Foreman, both of NC, sister Marion Lamson of NC, brother Hubert Farrell of NJ and 4 grandchildren.
