Funeral services for Tracey Daris Stevens will take place at 3 p.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at the Cedar Key United Methodist Church. Visitation will take place from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, April 1 at Knauff Funeral Home, 715 W. Park Ave., Chiefland. Tracey Daris Stevens died Saturday, March 29, 2008. He was 40 years old. He was born July 21, 1967 to John and Margie Stevens in Gainesville. He lived in the Cedar Key community for 15 years and spent the majority of his life here. He was of the Baptist faith and attended church in Inglis. He enjoyed mud bogging, hunting, and he worked out of Cedar Key as an oysterman as well as working in the clam industry. He is survived by his father, John Robert Stevens and his wife Celeste; his mother, Margie Stevens; daughter, Jessi; brother, George Stevens; sister, Vicki Davis and her husband Eddie; nieces, Shelby Davis and Breonna Bristow; and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Knauff Funeral Home in Chiefland. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Cedar Key with Rev. Clark Reichert and Rev. Bobby Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Key Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home of Chiefland. |
