CEDAR KEY WOMAN`S CLUB WINTER HELPERS!!! | CEDAR KEY WOMAN`S CLUB WINTER HELPERS!!!Submitted by Eileen Senecal The Cedar Key Woman`s Club has winter helpers! One of the projects of the CKWC is making small quilts, hospital gowns, and bags of goodies for children all over the globe participating in OPERATION SMILE! The efforts of Operation Smile provide FREE surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities for children around the world. The ladies from RAINBOW Campground in Cedar Key have been spending their winter months sewing quilts for these youngsters receiving services from Operation Smile. They have donated their time, effort, and fabric--to accomplish this "giving" task! We members of the Cedar Key Woman`s Club want to thank these ladies for their hard work and dedication to this project while spending their time in Cedar Key. Joan DeCota (Michigan), Donna DeYoung (Michigan), Elaine Koch (New York), Margaret Madson (Wisconsin), Phyllis Hagerman (Virginia)
