Sponsored by the Friends of the Lower Suwannee

Barbara Woodmansee will give a presentation about the butterflies in the Lower Suwannee National Wildlife Refuge. Using her extensive collection of photos from the Refuge, she will focus on the families of butterflies in the refuge.


Barbara will provide tips on how to distinguish different species and how to locate them. She will also distinguish the difference between day-flying moths and butterflies. Barbara will bring a check list for folks interested in recording their sightings of butterflies
