8. Set TENTATIVE Millage rate for 2004 2005

9. Hear recommendation from LPA regarding a Limited Temporary Moratorium.

10. The Levy County Planning Department needs to know the name(s) of individuals
who will be representing the City of Cedar Key at the First Joint Workshop
Session with representatives of the County and participating municipalities,
pursuant to the Public School Facility Inter-local Agreement adopted in 2003.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 6:30 pm in the Board
of County Commissioner's meeting room at the Levy County Courthouse.

11. Commissioner Ken Daniel to make recommendation for maintenance assistant.

12. Administrative issues.
