CITY OF CEDAR KEY June 21, 2005 Immediately following CRA Meeting (approximately 7:30 p.m.) AGENDA 1.Annexation request - James and Patricia Lawrence. 2.Christmas 2004 in July 2005 3.Drug Task Force (tabled from June 7th) 4.Mr. Greg Lang - LPA update. 5.Mayor Paul Oliver, City Operations 6.Commissioner Vanessa Edmunds - Spending Policy and Update on City County Interlocal Agreement negotiations. 7.Commissioner Pat O`Neal is going to represent the City of Cedar Key at the Levy County Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) Scoping Meeting to be held on June 22, 2005. Commissioner O`Neal requests any input from the
Mayor and each Commissioner as to their views and concerns to the issues to be addressed at the meeting so that he may incorporate and relate this
information on behalf of the City.
He also recommends the relocation of the library shed. 8.(Announcement only) There has been a recent vacancy on the City of Cedar Historical Preservation/Architectural Review Board. 9.Commissioner Sue Colson - DockStreet/Parking Project Update. 10. Commissioner Heath Davis: Gutter for City Hall, Fence between City Hall and Library, Site Prep Work for back driveway and Landscaping for City Hall Complex. 11. Ms. Nancy Taylor would like an explanation of the term of the Building Official`s contract with the City. She recommends that the City offer him a three year contract.
