CEDAR KEY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

Sealed BIDS will be received by the Cedar Key Redevelopment Agency, Cedar Key, Florida at the office of the CRA Director until 3:00 p.m. local time on February 27, 2007, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists offurnishing all labor, materials and equipment to construct the site work improvements at the Anchor Hole Parking Lot, including: clearing, grading, stabilized parking, concrete aprons, landscaping, fencing, and miscellaneous associated site work.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: Cedar Key Redevelopment Agency Office/City Hall, 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida and Mittauer&Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of the Cedar Key Redevelopment Agency, (352) 543-5132. The Owner reserves the right to waive technical errors and informalities and to reject any or all bids. |
