St. & 626 4th St. Legal: Parcel #32-15-13-08603-000-00 & 32-15-13-08609-000-00 Notice is hereby given that a Quasi-Judicial hearing will be conducted by the Cedar Key City Commission, on September 18, 2007 at 7 pm, in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida, to hear and act upon a request for a certificate of appropriateness in accordance with the requirements of §3.01.04, a request for a variance regarding the parking requirements of §6.03.02, a request for a variance regarding the flood protection and elevation requirements of § 6.07.05A.2 in accord with §6.07.04D, a request for a variance regarding the cross visibility standards of §6.02.04 and development plan approval in accordance with §12.02.04. All articles listed are referenced from the Laws of Cedar Key, Chapter 4. The request is for demolition of the existing Cedar Key United Methodist Church Faith Center Buildings (Formerly Salty's Plaza) and approval for a new addition to the church building.
