Health Needs Survey Well Received | Health Needs Survey Well ReceivedEditorial The Cedar Key Health Service Survey sponsored by Cedar Key News, the Cedar Key Lions Club and the Cedar Key Fraternal Order of Eagles is well begun, that is, mailed and returned by the residents of the community for tabulation. There has been excellent participation by age group, gender and residential areas. Approximately two hundred citizens returned completed survey forms. Not surprisingly, a preponderance of those who responded were in the sixty and over categories. The results will be tabulated by next week. Those results will be reported at Local Planning Agency and City Commission meetings by representatives of the sponsoring organizations, as well in Cedar Key News. The purpose of the survey is to help community leaders make informed decisions about health services in our community. We thank the WellFlorida Council for designing and executing the survey. Most of all, we thank everyone who has taken the time to complete and return our survey. |
