March 1901 - The Levy County Board of County Commissioners paid Mrs. H.B. Lloyd $30.00 for the purchase of a desk to be used at the Sheriff's office.

November 1939 - Colonel Clyde G. Trammell was employed as the County Attorney and received was paid $10.00 per board meeting. However, in May 1941, he tendered his resignation.
