To all whom these presents shall come = Greetings, whereas J.B. Epperson, J.N. Willis, L.C. Hester, C.M. Matthews, and W.E. McArthur, the eleventh (11th) day of November AD, 1912 filed in the office of the Secretary of State a proposed
charter of a corporation to be known as Williston Telephone Company with a capital of two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars for the purpose of establishing, constructive and conductiing of a telephone line or lines and telephone
exchanges in and through the counties of Levy, Alachua and Marion counties in the State of Florida from the towns of Williston to the town of Gainesville, Archer, Micanopy and to Ocala, McIntosh and Evinston and to Bronson, Otter
Creek, Cedar Keys, Chiefland for the total length of said line or lines to be about 500 miles. To reut and lease telephones and telephonic apparatus, erect poles, wires and apparatus to carry out the objects of the corporation.


Notice of intentions to apply for Letters Patent; Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of December A.D. 1912, the undersigned will apply to the Governor of Florida for a charter and Letters Patent on the proposed articles of
Incorporation.


The name of this corporation shall be Williston Telephone Company and its principal place of business and main office shall be at Williston, Levy County, State of Florida.
