13 October 1866 - Clerk of Court, George S. Leavitt, ordered the Sheriff of Levy County to summon the following persons to appear at 9 A.M. on the third Monday in October 1866, at the Courthouse in the Town of Levyville to serve as Grand or Petit Jurors:

26 April 1951 - The Chiefland Movie Theatre announced the following schedule of film showings: Friday and Saturday, "Jungle Stampede", starring George Breakston and Yorke Copien and "Indian Scout", with George Montgomery and Ellen Drew. Sunday and Monday, "Louisa", starring Ronald Reagan, Charles Coburn, Ruth Hussey, Edmund Gwenn, and Spring Byington.
