The Savannah Republican says that the land portion of the Cuba Telegraph line will soon be completed and put to work; but owing to a delay of the manufacturers in constructing the sub-marine cable, some months must elapse before it can be laid. In the mean time, the land section from Savannah to Cedar Keys via Fernandina will be completed, so as to connect with the Steamers from Key West and Havana.
