01 August 1866 - Isaac Munden recorded for his Mark and Brand the mark of an upper square in one ear and a crop slip in the other and for is brand "I.M." Clerk of Court George S. Leavitt recorded the information in the Miscellaneous Marks and Brands registry.

01 July 1918 - The Board of County Commissioners received an application from J.B. Richardson as Captain, J.S. Berry as 1st Lt., T.W. Brewer and John Stapleton as 2nd Lts. who requested to be commissioned as officers of a company of County Guards at Cedar Key. 73 privates also were included in the said company. The Board approved the application and requested the Clerk to send a copy of the approved order to the Governor with a list of the names.

22 December 1959 - A delegation from Williston appeared before the Levy County Board of County Commissioners and made the following offer: The City of Williston would furnish all the necessary materials for the erection of a $400,000 County Hospital in Williston, if the Commissioners would accept same upon the completion with no cost to the County other than the operation cost. After much discussion, upon motion made by Commissioner Wardell R. Fugate and seconded by Commissioner Carroll W. Gilbert, the Board agreed to accept the offer if the hospital was deeded to the County unencumbered.
