Lutterloh Fund Grows

Letters to the Editor

Editor: The Cedar Key Historical Society would like to report that it had a very successful yard sale on Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend. This is thanks to the many very generous donors that we were able to sell items raising a total of $2,234.00, and this has been added to the Lutterloh Building Restoration Fund.

The Cedar Key Historical Society has now raised a total of more than $33,000, and the Cedar Key Lions Club has contributed an additional $5,000.

It is only with the support of its members, the city and the community that we will be able to save this historic museum building. Everyone`s efforts are greatly appreciated.

John Andrews
Vice-President
Cedar Key Historical Society
