C K Men Winners in Tournament

Three Cedar Key men took honors in the April 1 GTO Performance Air Boat fishing tournament. Captain Kevin Beckham and mates Mick Brown and Dustin Williams placed first with the largest sea trout (3.5 pounds) and second with a combination of two red fish and five sea trout totaling 24.3 pounds.

Fifty-eight crews competed for approximately $8,000 in prize money. Beckham and his crew collected $2,000 for their finishes in first and second place in two categories.
